HOUSE POLICIES
* The Galveston Victorian House rents to families, friends, companies and corporations.
* All responsible parties must be at least 25 years of age to register and are held responsible for the condition of the house when the rental period is over.
* Any
use of the Galveston Victorian House for purposes other than small
corporate rentals, family vacations, wedding families
or affairs
must be addressed at
the time of the reservation
* Advanced reservations are required with payment made in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
* Cancellation must be made 30 days before arrival date and are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
* Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit $300.
* If there is a hurrican warning, your deposit will be immediately and fully refunded.
* We will accommodate you first if you chose to re-book at another time.
